Online Medication FAQ’s

Is an in-person visit required to obtain medications?

No. The website contains a detailed questionnaire to obtain medications. A telemedicine visit is also available as an alternative. A provider will contact you to discuss questions or concerns.

What if I have questions for a doctor?

You are able to direct message or call a Victory Select provider with questions or concerns.

Is telemedicine safe?

Yes. Doctors are able to effectively assess and treat via your website questionnaire, phone, or video chat. It is important for the health and safety of our patients that any and all known issues be disclosed as part of the questionnaire process.

What is the typical turn-around time for a response?

Once you complete your online questionnaire, a provider will review your responses and respond within 2 hours (during normal business hours) and 48 hours during non-business hours. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri? 8am-5pm CST.

What is the cost for a telemedicine visit?

Our telemedicine visits are complimentary.

Is a video chat visit a requirement to obtain medications?

A video chat could be required based on the complexity of your medical issue or based on the state you reside in.

Is obtaining medication online legal?

Yes. All of our practitioners are licensed to prescribe medication and treat patients via this telemedicine platform if you are in a participating state.

Can I file with my medical insurance?

No, Victory Select is a fee-for-service site. All major credit cards are accepted.?

When do I pay for the medication?

 Once you are approved, payment for your medication will be due at that time.

What do I do in an emergency?

As with any medical emergency, please dial 911 for immediate assistance.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We have taken every possible precaution to protect the information provided via the Victory Select website. As a medical supplier we are required to be HIPAA compliant. That means there will be no sharing of your medical information with anyone under any circumstances without your authorization.
