Fexofenadine - a second generation antihistamine that is used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. It relieves allergies due to its role as a Histamine receptor antagonist, but is non-sedating because it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier.

Pyridoxine - Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin that serves as a cofactor in the production of DAO (diamine oxidase), an enzyme produced by our body that is essential in breaking down histamine.

Vitamin D3 - cholecalciferol is a potent immunomodulatory hormone and a deficiency may contribute to development of allergic diseases, such as asthma and allergic rhinitis. D3 regulates the activity of certain white blood cells via down-regulation of co-stimulatory molecules, thereby leading to immune tolerance.

Acetylcysteine - a critical component to increasing the production of glutathione which helps address the increased oxidative stress in the airways of individuals with asthma and alleric rhinitis.

Stinging nettle extract - inactivates and inhibits H1-receptors, inhibits tryptase (stabilizes mast-cells and prevents degranulation and cytokine/chemokine release that cause symptoms); and reduces histamine release.

Quercetin - a flavonol antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties that scavenges free radicals, stabilizes mast-cells and reduces histamine release.

Vitamin C - a water-soluble antioxidant that reduces inflammation and prevents the secretion of histamine by white blood cells, stimulates the immune system by enhancing T-cell proliferation in response to infections.
